Our concierges are rewarded for recommending our partners featured in the program. This has shown a boost in employee morale, customer service for guests, and trackable business for our partners. Below are the 3 major aspects.
We distribute guest passes uniquely designed to your business at check-in. They are sized to fit in the room key sleeve to easily transfer information about our partners. You will have a 3.5 x 2 space to display your message, specials and promos. We will include a direct link to your menu through a QR code on passes. You’ll be able to use these passes to track the volume of guests coming in and where they are coming from. All guest passes will include an expiration date. This helps our staff deliver great service to guests & provides a great tool for our partners to track the success of the program.
VIP Hotel Staff Cards
This is an optional feature that is looking to offer service industry discounts to hotel staff members. Each one of our hotel staff members will receive a VIP club card. These cards are durable and meant to last the entire year. These cards allow our partners to offer a special discount/promo to hotel staff. These cards create a closer relationship between you and the hotel staff that is recommending your place to guests. This also encourages staff members to come experience your place to better describe to guests when seeking recommendations. These cards can be designed for multiple use or one time redemption.
Our concierges will keep our desk stocked with guest passes and run periodic contests to reward which hotel members perform the best. The guest passes will have a spot for hotel staff to sign their name. Those who send the most guests to your business will receive gift cards or other prizes throughout the year to keep them engaged in the process. This has shown to be an extremely effective aspect to ensure the program has maximum success.

Your membership will include all artwork creation, printing, distribution, street team, built-in relationships,
incentive programs for hotel staff & an account manager to communicate with openly during the duration of
