CCA is now providing concierge club services in over 2,400 hotels across 11 states. We are thrilled about continued expansion nationwide sending consistent, trackable business through our programs to our clients throughout the country.
OUR OBJECTIVE
Build and maintain relationships with our hotel concierges and strengthen them in the local business community. By hosting educational events and managing guest referral programs, the Concierge’s Club of America has a proven process and will continue to improve the hospitality industry with a formula that is beneficial for hotel guests, hotel staff and our business partnerships that serve them.
