Since 2016, The Conciergeʼs Club of America has helped strengthen the bond between hotel employees and their guests by partnering with trusted businesses within the community through their relationship-driven marketing approach.
CCA is an organization comprised of hotel employees that stay well connected and informed about businesses within the community in which they serve. Our members carefully select local dining & entertainment options to partner with that optimize a guestʼs experience.
As of Spring 2022, the CCA is now providing services in over 2,400 hotels across 5 states. We have plans to expand into South Florida, Atlanta & Charlotte by the end of the year while adding additional markets in 2023.
